Hey there, I'm Paul Josef, but everyone calls me PJ. I've been with eBay for over 3 years. In my first year, I started out as a Chat Associate, helping both buyers and sellers with their account issues. Later, I moved up to become an Account Manager. My job was to support eBay sellers from Southeast Asia, helping them boost their sales with dedicated assistance.
We dug into their business models and used data analysis platforms to figure out how we could help them grow. I'm pretty competitive, so I always aim to get things done on time or even ahead of schedule. After two years here, I've sharpened my admin skills and feel confident in delivering top-notch service.
Outside of eBay, I've also managed a small clothing business. I handled everything from inventory and customer service to marketing and sales. Using platforms like Facebook and TikTok, I rolled out effective marketing campaigns that really boosted our visibility and engagement. With strategic planning, I kept sales humming along and made sure we hit our targets.
