Responsible for accurate and efficient encoding of all data that needs organizing and recording. Confirms entered data are accurately aligned with original documentation. Knowledgeable to operate DOH data registration software (Estijabah) Organizes and maintains original paper evidence. Assures files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives. Self-audits for errors or duplication of data. Organizes files in a logical and manageable fashion. Adheres to and meet set schedules and deadlines. Inputs, tracks, and maintains all encoded data and records. Performs any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.). Reports any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management or supervisor. Maintains report logs of in-progress and work completed. Sums up daily report and sends to supervisors.
Responsible for all the functions of the branch office, including hiring and Training new employees, overseeing the approval of loans and line of credits (LOC), marketing, building a rapport with the community to attract business, assisting with customer relations, and ensuring that the branch meets its goal and objectives in timely manner. Supervising transactions within all group meetings of subordinates (MFO). Responsible in cash fund transfers and all banking transactions. Controlling and checking of files, documents and balancing financial reports.
Works alongside the municipal budget officers as a data encoder, arranging Files, vouchers, purchasing invoice and cash pay rolls of all municipal government employees. Responsible in controlling movement of documents from and to other offices.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
