Hi! I’m Pauline, I want to start by mentioning that I’m a career changer. I’ve been working in food industry for 3 years, and I’ve gained experience and skills. I realized that it wasn’t the right fit for me. I decided to change my career because I felt like I wasn’t fulfilling my potential in my previous role. I wanted to pursue a career that would challenge me and allow me to make meaningful impact. While changing my career has been a difficult and sometimes uncertain process, I feel confident that I made a right decision and I’m excited to see where this new path takes me.

• Inspecting and quality testing of incoming deliveries of raw and packing materials
• Performs color determination and moisture content
• Preparing Certificate of Analysis as per costumer requirement
• Monitoring of quality and gross weight/pack of coffee products as well as finished goods
• Assisting on the preparation and sensory evaluation of coffee product samples
• Monitoring production output and associated production standards
• Made quality decisions (accepted or rejected) based on provided control outlines
• Making sure that production staffs follow GMP standards
• Overseeing the identification of all parts/components used in the production process
• Ensuring the working area is hazard free and tidy at all times
• Inspect equipment prior to start-up, for change overs, or when handling off to next shift
• Ensure calibration/verification of equipment at laboratory.
• Perform FFA analysis and salt analysis.
• Knowledge in swab method for cleaning validation
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
