• Research public records of the property in question to be able to create a title report.
• Analyze property reports to make sure that a property is not in foreclosure and that there are no disputes about its borders.
• Analyze easements and restrictions and prepare a report outlining these items and actions required to clear the title.
• Type Prelims, Commitments, Ownership and Encumbrances, and Judicial Reports.
• Manage the team in regards to productivity and turnaround time.
• Manage rush files.
• Prepare reports regarding productivity and file status.
• Interface with clients via email and/or MOC regarding production capacity, actual output, file verification, and all other items concerning production.
• Coaching examiners in terms of productivity and quality to help them meet their required targets.
• Assist examiners concerning title examining.

• Manage the team regarding quality, training, documentation, and process improvement.
• Review and analyze project requirements/specifications.
•Provide feedback to onshore's Quality Lead on the results of the review of the documentation.
• Interface with clients via email, MOC, or conference calls regarding quality reviews, new projects/processes roll out, updates on project specs, training plans or modules, and documentation of manuals and procedures.
