• Answering incoming calls and inquiries from customers and technicians.
• Identifying customer needs and addressing any inquiries or complaints.
• Scheduling repairs and dispatching repair technicians to customer sites.
• Ensuring repair technicians are dispatched in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requests.
• Maintaining customer records and updating customer information as necessary.
• Liaising with repair technicians, customers, and repair companies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining knowledge of the repair industry and regulations.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle inbound customer service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with product information, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
• Process customer claims and billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
• Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information regarding health insurance policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer information and records in accordance with health insurance and HIPAA regulations.
