- Monitor and evaluate team performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as service level agreements (SLAs), call handling times, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members, helping them enhance their skills in areas like communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer complaints or complex issues that agents cannot resolve on their own.
- Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and that shifts and schedules align with operational needs.
- Monitor attendance and manage resources to maintain smooth operations, particularly during peak hours.
- Serves customers by resolving product and service challenges, as well as providing relevant product and service information that helps solve them.
- Keeps track of customer correspondence and logs key account information and customer data.
- Resolves product or service problems by investigating the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with online customers/viewers directly answers inquiries on product information, payment method, and shipping process during the live shows.
