More Info About Me
I am Patricia Maureen Tamura, 25 years old and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering here in the Philippines.
My key strength is the ability to get things done in a timely and productive manner. I am a perfectionist, self-motivated and lifelong learner. Hence, it is extremely important for me to deliver the best result to my clients.
I started off in 2016 as a customer service representative. I worked there in a part-time role for the past 2 years. This opportunity sustains my financial needs in order for me to finish my college degree. My role was rider support for a delivery app in the UK wherein I clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to every issue encountered by the riders. I also did outbound calls to customers to inform them about the status of their order and whether the rider encountered some technical difficulties. As a full-time engineering student with a scholarship to maintain and a part-time job on a graveyard shift, my ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively was enhanced during that moment of my life.
After I earned my degree and license as an electronics engineer in 2019, I worked as a program and project management analyst for 3 years. My main responsibility in this role was to anticipate plans and react to risks and issues in the project. Which includes helping the stakeholders in their planning, budgeting, target setting, and plan vs actual analysis.
With this experience, I became well-versed in Microsoft Office applications particularly in excel and PowerPoint for the reporting and analysis needed by the stakeholders. I'm also proficient in administrative tasks and data entry. I can also provide exemplary internet research, email handling, and chat support.
Providing the best customer experience and over-the-top client relationship has always been my goal. With these experiences that I have, I can be a great addition to your team. I will not just be your virtual assistant, but a committed partner to your business.
