My journey began in customer service, where I spent four years honing my skills in communication and client satisfaction. I then transitioned to the Quality Department, where I served as a Quality Analyst for two years before stepping into my current role as a Quality Supervisor, which I’ve held for the past four years.
I pride myself on my strong work ethic and my commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. As a bit of a perfectionist, I strive for excellence in everything I do. While this trait can have its challenges, I believe it drives me to produce work that’s as close to perfect as possible. Creativity is another passion of mine. I love to create and innovate, bringing fresh ideas to the table and finding new ways to improve processes.

Experienced in creating & managing reports in Excel & Google sheets, presenting charts to show strengths & opportunities then recommending solutions for process improvement.
Worked for the same automobile company, covering the customer service team and service marketing team, making sure agents follow proper guidelines set by the clients by listening to calls, reviewing email responses & checking appointments made to dealership.
