I am a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in the BPO industry. My journey began in customer service, where I spent four years honing my skills in communication and client satisfaction. I then transitioned to the Quality Department, where I served as a Quality Analyst for two years before stepping into my current role as a Quality Supervisor, which I’ve held for the past four years.
I pride myself on my strong work ethic and my commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. As a bit of a perfectionist, I strive for excellence in everything I do. While this trait can have its challenges, I believe it drives me to produce work that’s as close to perfect as possible. Creativity is another passion of mine. I love to create and innovate, bringing fresh ideas to the table and finding new ways to improve processes.

Evaluating agent’s calls to make sure they are following processes and meeting client standard in call handling
