-I answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. On top of my regular role, I am also responsible for editing the trainee’s ID cards and designing ID laces. I also travel from my town to another the give some files to other training centers. Became the employee of the month from the month that I was hired until I decided to leave the company
• I assisted my client in conducting appropriate product research in order to provide crucial information. These include conducting research to identify products that can be purchased at wholesale prices, negotiating with suppliers, searching for the best deals, and obtaining samples of products that can then be sold on Amazon.
• In addition to that, I was in charge of managing my client's social media accounts, providing customer service, conducting product research, and listing products online, among other remote commitments.
• One of my duties included completing client orders, which can frequently consume a significant amount of the client's time. But with me as their Amazon Virtual Assistant, I took care of order entry, billing, and shipping on a continuous basis. I was responsible for all of the tasks involved in completing orders placed by customers.
• I managed to keep customers coming back by keeping the inventory up to date. As more orders arrived, the products changed. There are also changes in the product's descriptive elements that I was responsible for updating on a regular basis.
• As an Amazon Product Researcher, I was responsible for analyzing competitor products to identify weaknesses that could be exploited in new product development, collecting data on potential customers' demographics, purchasing habits, and interests to identify trends that could be used in marketing campaigns, and coordinating with designers and engineers to ensure that products meet customer needs
• Keepa, DS Amazon Quick View, the AMZScout calculator, and the FBA Calculator widget are the tools I used.
• I supported my client in analyzing current market trends, whether manually or through an automated system, to select "PROFITABLE WINNING PRODUCTS" with high
• demand, something that can be purchased at a low cost and sold at a competitive price to generate high sales with a good profit margin and low competition.
• I researched competitors' products to determine how well they are selling within the industry, and I collected information on customer preferences and attitudes toward a variety of brands or products. I analyzed the results of focus groups to determine the efficacy of a product or service.
