As the Vendor Manager for Marketplace and Lazmall sellers, I communicate with Lazada sellers from the Philippines during their first 90 days incubation period. I assist and guide them with navigating their shop tools through outbound or inbound calls, email, and Dingtalk chat support. This includes helping them upload and make sure their products are searchable, designing their shop for branding by uploading banners and logos, creating promotions like vouchers, free shipping, and flexi combo for marketing strategies, and participating in visibility campaigns. I also handle seller's concerns by creating email cases for Refund, Return, Payout, or Order Management. Additionally, I engage in lead generation by searching for sellers on social media or other e-commerce platforms to onboard them as sellers on Lazada and guide them through the process of creating their seller account and uploading their first three products.

For Technical Support for ESPN, I deliver excellent customer service through inbound calls by attending to subscription concerns, such as problems with devices or refund requests. I also create email cases or tickets and answer email concerns, escalating them using Zendesk.
