Assistant Waiter
• Welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.
• Serving water, bread and butter once they are seated.
• Cleaning dirty glassware from tables as required.
• Changing table clothes from table
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up.
• Delivering food to tables when servers are busy.
• Responding to patrons’ request and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging Tables and chairs to accommodate larger group patrons.
o Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant

Telephone Operator
• Reports to the Room Service Manager
• Responsible for operating the room service switchboard to take room service orders in a timely and accurate manner, organizes all room service orders, including special requests, relays them to the appropriate venues for preparation and advices room service attendants about the specifics of each other.
• Tracks passenger’s comments and makes sure that the delivery time is within the limits set by the cruise line.
• Respond to passenger complaints takes the appropriate measures in order to resolve the situation in a polite and professional manner, then follows up to make sure that the passengers are satisfied with the service.
