Assistant Waiter
• Welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.
• Serving water, bread and butter once they are seated.

• Reports to the Room Service Manager
• Responsible for operating the room service switchboard to take room service orders in a timely and accurate manner, organizes all room service orders, including special requests, relays them to the appropriate venues for preparation and advices room service attendants about the specifics of each other.
• Tracks passenger’s comments and makes sure that the delivery time is within the limits set by the cruise line.
• Respond to passenger complaints takes the appropriate measures in order to resolve the situation in a polite and professional manner, then follows up to make sure that the passengers are satisfied with the service.
