I have finished 2 years in BS Architecture in TIP Phil. Started as a Service Crew and eventually stepped into the BPO Industry. I have skills in designing that I got from my course. Got the knowledge in CRM, Avaya, etc. for a healthcare account (voice). Experienced in Microsoft offices as a travel consultant, non-voice account.

-Investigating different flights all across the world.
-Dealing with every customer’s claim upon taking the flight by handling possible offers that would guarantee a great relationship between the customer and the company
-Contacting different Airlines to apply for a refund through call, email, and webforms.
-Making sure that the right judgment has been done on the customer’s eligibility of receiving a refund.
-Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
-Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
-Creating offline orders for the customer
-Responsible for presenting menus to customers
-Takes orders and answers questions on meal items.
-Serve orders to the customer and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
