As an SMM for the SNYC Organization, I was in charge of their Facebook page's social media management. I plan and strategize regarding the content and methods for increasing interaction on their organization's Facebook page. One of their SMM's responsibilities is to develop content and formulate a unique brand for their organization that distinguishes it from others. I also write descriptions for their posts and incorporate hashtags to improve engagement on their page.

I use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to transmit data, create reports, and summarize organizational reports. I manage their organization's transactions by encoding the expenses and income on Microsoft Excel in a chronological manner based on the date. When clients require a budget and a project proposal, I also prepare reports in PowerPoint and Canva. I also use Microsoft Word to create resolution and request letters for their bank transactions and withdrawals.
