I am pleased that you have visited my Profile. This is a great opportunity for me to showcase my work experiences in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. I am a Marketing Management graduate. I worked in a Five star Resort Hotel and Casino for 3 years as a Premium Marketing host where in , I was able to learn lots of skills and gained more knowledge about Customer Service. I was trained to have an excellent professional relationship with our guests and give them an extraordinary experience in our Casino . I also worked in two of the top and trusted Banks here in the Philippines as an Outbound Sales Associate and as a CSR Teller for almost 2 years. With those positions assigned to me, I was able to learn how to communicate professionally and assist customers face to face and virtually.
My latest job experience was a Social Media Marketing Manager to a Shoebox and Shoe needs Company. My major role was to create and propose an effective monthly social media content and promotion, monitor soc med accounts like Facebook page, IG and Tiktok business account, Assist customers via Facebook Business Suite, and FB ads Management.
With those extensive skills that I gained over the years, I believe that I can be of great help to your business. I am open in learning new things and willing to be trained. I am also comfortable with technology. I am particularly mindful with managing my time and I want my tasks to be efficiently done as much as possible.
