I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing field specifically for an accounting software account for almost 14 years now. I started as a customer service/technical support professional for QuickBooks desktop for 6 years and then upskilled to QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online for Accountants for 7 years. I’m really having a great learning experience with bookkeeping and love doing every part of it. As a result, I became a Subject Matter Expert for QuickBooks Online which helped me to be more knowledgeable of the platform and this made me impart my learnings to my support professional team. After a few months, I was endorsed to become a team leader of 10-16 support professionals. These tasks indeed strengthen my skills with bookkeeping as well as with team handling.
