I would describe myself as an industrious person and somebody and who has the knowledge and skills to match the job description. I’ve always been a kind of a person who loved helping other people that I was able to experience when I was working as a service crew, Customer service representative for almost 3 years. That’s quite challenging at first since I started that job remotely when pandemic hit us. That was frustrating but that was a great experience. From training up to the very last day of my shift, I was able to cope up all the learning we had with the good record to the company. I was one of the top agents on the month-end, meeting the targets or whatever is expected from me and beyond. Currently I’m working as a Chart Retrieval Specialist for Healthcare account for Out-bound calls and Back Office end. I have excellent communication skills both written and oral. I am a tech-savvy when adjustments are needed. I never say no to new opportunities such as training and up skilling. . I don’t easily give up to new challenges and I am a very positive person. I am a fast learner person so you can save your time from monitoring me.

Doing out-bound calls (they call us schedulers) to the hospitals or clinics to check if they have the provider at their facility, cause we are requesting for them to send us the patients’ charts. I was crossed trained to our back office department , wherein we search for the best contact for each facilities/provider before the schedulers set the appointment.
