Manage payroll and employee records for all DILG Contract of Service personnel under Project
Development and Management Unit;
Calculate monthly salary, premiums and other incentives of COS personnel;
Facilitates timely release of funds to the local government units and monitors its judicious
utilization and ensures its timely liquidation;
Establishes and maintains the bookkeeping of locally-funded project funds and the sub-
allotment operation funds of the region.
Responsible for the efficient organization and execution of a client centered accounting service;
Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all
required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers;
Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions for Swiss Clients using Quickbooks;
Prepare balance sheet, income statement, cash flows and notes to financial statement.
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management
over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives
and regulations;
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal
achievement;
Identify and assess areas of significant business risk;
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and
monitoring of controls;
Travel to different sites to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information;
Prepare reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant
people;
Assess how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management
whether any issues need addressing.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day accounts function ensuring Sage and Xero are accurate and up to date.
