More Info About Me
I'm Noela Mae A. Pelayo, they call me Noelle as my nickname I am 30 years old, Married with a Child. Born and raise in Manila, Philippines but currently residing now in Antipolo City, Rizal Province.
Before I became a stay-at-home mom, I worked for an HMO Company for 7 years. I started as an Encoder of our Members personal information and health related issues/problems that needs to be evaluated by the Medical Department before they can proceed on availing a Health Card. After 3 years of being an Encoder, I was promoted to become a Training Officer in which one of my tasks is to conduct Product Knowledge Training to our Health Associates. Part of the task is to travel specifically on the regions of Visayas and Mindanao to cater Health Associates even on the furthest branch that we have. Aside from conducting product knowledge we are also task to come up with different product modules for other different products that our company offers. Our team also handles Employees Management Trainings, then after 2 years been promoted as Corporate Accounts Supervisor, where I was task to conduct presentations for different Corporate Account Prospects, to supervise the team I am in, help with the brainstorming and creating different modules for Health Associates whom wants to specialize on Corporate Accounts. As I embark this journey on being a Virtual Assistant, I can assure you a quality kind of work. I have a keen eyes for details and I always try to aim for perfection.
