I am an Acquisition Specialist for Real Estate/Home Buying campaign, main tasks are set on calling/texting homeowners that are based in Texas and neighboring Cities. Manage interested leads and qualifying them from a CRM, do manual comps around the area through MLS then finally make offers and update daily calendar for appointments.
I can generate leads and grow online visibility on Social Media platforms, be it on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Making sure to report daily, weekly and monthly progress of each handled pages, I create and post content, responding to every comments and queries too.
I am also experienced in setting up Ecommerce stores from scratch using Shopify and Amazon, from creating to designing, to posting Ads on Facebook and Instagram.
