Phil-Data Business Systems Inc.
I worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer, hiring talents nationwide and managing recruitment for two of the company’s largest divisions. I handled hiring across multiple departments:

• Sales: Presales Engineer, Product Engineer, Sales Admin, Sales Operations Assistant

• Logistics: Logistics Assistant, Buyer, and others

• Technical Teams: Service Desk Advisor, Desktop Support Staff, Desktop Support Engineer, IT-Admin Assistant, IT-Asset Support, and more

In addition to recruitment, I also supported company events such as outings, sports fests, year-end parties, and general assemblies.

I provided general support in the HR Department, focusing on recruitment, timekeeping, training and development, and employee engagement.
