Hello, I’m Nish Castillo, a 24-year-old HR Specialist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Development Management from Rizal Technological University (2023).

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with both local and international companies, helping them find the right people and build stronger teams. At Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc., I recruited professionals for some of the biggest industries in the Philippines, including Cebu Pacific, Unilab, Aerospace, and other well-known corporations. This experience gave me first-hand knowledge of high-volume recruitment and the standards required by leading organizations.

Previously at Samat Intertrading Corporation, I focused on employee engagement and training, where I designed programs that improved retention, boosted morale, and aligned employees with business goals.

In addition to HR, I’ve supported US- and AU-based companies as a Virtual Assistant, managing tasks such as administrative support, data entry, and content creation. This role sharpened my adaptability and global communication skills while helping international clients achieve operational efficiency.

Beyond HR and admin support, I am also a Graphic Designer. I create professional logos, posters, banners, and social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator — helping brands communicate their identity with clarity and impact.
