In charge of managing the first phase of the solar project process, making sure that everything runs well from job submission to completion of phase 1. Managing crucial tasks like deal scrub, site surveys schedule, site survey review, true-up, change order and NTP are all part of this function. Carry out project evaluations, and establish comprehensive reports, works in conjunction with cross-functional teams by keeping lines of communication open and making sure all paperwork is complete.
Conduct meticulous deal scrubbing to ensure accuracy and completeness, safeguarding the integrity of each transaction. Implement thorough true-up processes, harmonizing data to guarantee precision and alignment with established standards. Efficiently handle Notice to Proceed (NTP) procedures, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless project initiation. Oversee the development and approval of comprehensive
Scope of Work (SOW), ensuring clarity and adherence to project objectives. Facilitate the seamless processing of change orders, adapting project parameters to align with evolving requirements. Manage and respond to Project Review Requests, ensuring comprehensive assessments to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Serve as a key resource for ensuring compliance, developing strategies, and providing insights on health insurance operational processes. Included in the task I do are:
-Assess organizational requirements and identify appropriate fixes to enhance program effectiveness.
-Offer suggestions for streamlining procedures and creating a hassle-free member experience.
-Create process update materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and distribute them via chat and email.
-Verify that appeals and grievance filings adhere to the rules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for policy holder, providing exceptional service by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on their health and dental insurance, claims, and benefits.
In charge of overseeing document scanning, filing, and making sure hard and soft copies are maintained correctly for convenient access. Accurately and efficiently encoding, updating, and modifying payment data.
Providing customer support via phone, email, or chat, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Manage project processes, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintains data accuracy and completeness by inputting and updating information in a computer system or database.
