Hi! I am Nikky, 26 years old, from the Philippines. I studied in University of the East Philippines. I take Business Administration Major in Marketing management.
My first job was with Teleperformance Philippines as a Customer Service Representative in a U.S Based Healthcare Insurance company. What I do was to manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with their claims, inquires, billing, memberships, data entry, scheduling and setting appointments.
Then I decided to work at home so I took some courses and learn to become a General Virtual Assistant. It includes, Social Media Manager, E-commerce, Drop-shipping and Shopify, Data Entry, Graphic Design, Lead Generation, Medical Virtual Assistant and a lot more. I have experience in customer service representative/cold calling, Scheduling/Appointment setting, data entry, lead generation, graphic and logo design for business, and some administrative tasks.
