Hi! I’m Nikky, 26 years old, from the Philippines. I studied Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, at the University of the East Philippines.
My first job was with Teleperformance Philippines as a Customer Service Representative for a U.S.-based healthcare insurance company. I handled inbound and outbound calls, assisted members with their claims, inquiries, billing, memberships, data entry, and scheduled appointments.
Later, I transitioned to working from home and took courses to enhance my skills as a General Virtual Assistant. These courses provided me with knowledge in Social Media Management, E-commerce, Drop-shipping and Shopify, Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, Lead Generation, and more.
My Virtual Assistant journey began with lead generation, where I focused on identifying growth opportunities and reaching out to potential clients. This role involved researching target markets, creating prospect lists, and initiating contact through emails and calls to generate qualified leads for businesses. It allowed me to develop a strong understanding of outreach strategies and pipeline management.
I also worked as an Administrative Assistant, where I was responsible for organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and streamlining daily operations to enhance efficiency. My tasks included managing calendars, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support, ensuring the team remained productive and focused.
In my most recent role as a Sales Manager, I focused on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and managing CRM systems to track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. I conducted cold calls, sent emails, handled leads, and closed sales while maintaining detailed records of client communications. This role strengthened my communication skills and enabled me to contribute to revenue growth while delivering excellent client satisfaction.
Through these experiences, I’ve developed a variety of skills that have helped me adapt to different roles and responsibilities. I’m goal-oriented, organized, patient, and flexible, and I’m committed to doing my best in every role.
