● Handles purchasing of materials needed for building a swimming pool
● Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
● Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality
● Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
● Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company
● Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
● Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
● Monitor and record employee work hours accurately
● Maintain and update timesheets and attendance records
● Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity
● Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding work hours and overtime pay
● Check and inspect timekeeping records for errors and rectify
● Coordinate with department managers to verify employee attendance, absences, and time off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies
● Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, laptops and desktops
● Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
● Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
● Provide technical support for customers(this may be in person or over the phone)
● Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
● Conduct safety checks on computer equipment
● Ensure secure and effective operation of all computers, related hardware, and peripheral devices
