My Job is to manage a company's interactions with the public by creating and executing content strategies on social media platforms. This includes analyzing customer engagement data, recognizing trends in customer interactions, and designing digital campaigns to increase online engagement.
Connecting with potential job applicants both digitally and in-person, reviewing applications, Leads Management, Employee Relation Program and aiding in the recruitment process for hiring managers
