I am Niel D. Mendoza., 26 years of age, resident of Brgy. 20 Poblacion, Batangas City. I worked as the Barangay Secretary of the same barangay for 5 years. Being the Brgy. Secretary, I was the one incharged in organizing files of the brgy including resolutions, minutes of the meetings per session, preparing every documents needed in the brgy, managing supplies and inventory, scheduling of appointments of the punong barangay, and other meetings and seminars to be held in our barangay.
