As your Medical VA , I had the opportunity to handle customer service duties as Front ask where i ask every patience their wants & needs about medical issues. I now know how to attend to the needs of customers by listening to their complaints, offering a solution, expressing regret for the inconvenience, and thanking them for their patience. Keeping and maintaining our clients' records for future use is our obligation.
