· Ensure timely and qualitative creation of Sales & Purchase orders.
· Ensure timely and qualitative Customer Invoicing.
· Ensure all Contract & Prices are in place & timely updated.
· Understand the business model of the correlation SO & PO, ensuring timely recognition of the Revenue & Cost.
· Identify & apply corrective actions on system interface & conduct necessary reconciliations.
· Maintain Volume trackers and adhere/sustain established control mechanisms.
· Meet adhoc customer requirements/ exceptions and ensure that the requirements are fulfilled with a sense of urgency.
· Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SLA's are prepared and maintained for all processes handled in the GSC and necessary amendments are done.
· Take ownership in building & maintaining Visual management Systems as per Process Excellence standards.
· Take ownership, track and monitor and achieve KPI's related to the process.
· Implement Kaizens, Cost Saving/Value Addition Projects identified.
· Ensure best practice is shared within teams in the GSC.
·        Responds promptly to customer’s inquiries and concerns regarding product information such as latest edition, packages, bundles, at the same time making sales by booking their orders directly through phone.
·        Educates customers regarding the process of ordering and requesting sample products and desk copies, ensuring best content and features.
·        Administer quoted product price with promo codes, freight and handling fees
·        Meet and greet passengers
·        Implements standard safety and security procedures through all phases of passenger’s booking, flight check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning .
·        Coordinates special handling passengers, baggage and other information to concerned personnel such as flight crew, ground crew and load controllers.
·        Facilitate coordination with other terminals for the comfort, safety and security transfer of all connecting passengers.
·        Responds to passengers inquiries and complaints like rebooking, rerouting and other concerns during flight disruption or cancellation. 
·        Monitor all flights to ensure flight’s OTP
·        In 2014 entrusted as a station control, monitoring of all flights (inbound and outbound), disseminating information to  all personnel about arrival and departure through radio and email, and updating fleet watch.
·        In 2015 entrusted as assistant station officer to assist the head of operation in handling overall operation in different stations (Kalibo, Batanes, Tablas)
·        In 2017 entrusted to relieve head of operation in Clark station.
