DATA ENTRY

Hi! Aside from my experience in virtual assistance, I also specialize in data entry and creating easy-to-read spreadsheets. I enjoy the challenge of keeping everything accurate, fast, and professional, ensuring every detail is well-structured.
I use tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and Google Docs every day. I also type fast at 57 WPM with good accuracy, which helps me finish tasks quickly.
Here’s a sample I made: a Purchase History Sheet that shows customer names, emails, phone numbers, order numbers, items bought, payment methods, and total amounts. This kind of sheet makes it easier to track records and create reports.
The next chart I’m sharing is a sample of our actual work template, where I replaced real details with dummy names and amounts. This template was used for sending Statements of Account (SOA) to clients, showing their monthly loan outstanding balance. It includes important details such as current interest rate, loan amount, repricing dates, maturity date, interest charges, documentary stamps, and renewal days.
Lastly, I shared one of my past templates, which I used to keep track of car insurance. I included important details like the policy number, amount covered, premium amount, car type, and the start and end dates of the policy. This template helped me stay organized and keep track of everything easily. I think it also shows my ability to handle data entry tasks well.
