• Prepares Monthly Reports (MTF Report, Stock Discrepancy Report, Stockers & Supervisors Schedule, Manning Report, Area Measurement)
• Coordinate with HR Department
• Reports to Department Manager & Supervisors
• Assists Encoders in releasing Police Clearance
• Collects reports and profits in each stations,
• Responsible for Computer Software and Hardware Problems,
• Coordinates with the Chief of Police and Municipality Administration
• Encodes exams from different colleges and universities all over the Philippines
• Responsible for software and hardware maintenance
• Manages store operation
• Assists clients and suppliers
• Maintains and updates databases for Suppliers and Clients
• Preparing routine reports, scheduling meetings / appointments
• Administers in and out of all operational activities of the company
• Reviewing and processing CRI (Contractors Request for Inspection) for various areas of responsibility
• Updates and Maintain database (Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements
• Follow-up CRIs to MEP Department to proceed for Main Contractors CRI
• Prepares & Review Submittals for Consultant’s approval
• Prepares and Forward Submittals & Shop Drawings of Sub-contractors to the Consultant
• In-charge for all Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, NCR, Test Reports etc.
• Prepares Correspondences, Reports and presentations
• Direct reporting to the Project Director and Construction Managers
• Responsible for the tracking of all the status of the employees assigned in the site
• In-charge for the joining reports of the newly hired employees
• Receiving, tracking and Follow up of documents/applications of Staff & Labors at Site (e.g. Leave Applications, Cancellation/ Resignation, Passport Release, Sick Leave applications, etc.)
• Coordinates with HR/Personnel Department in the Head Office
• Prepares and control supplies of the site
• Provides assistance to site employees and labors in their daily request
Checks company email and forward to concerned person
· Tracks incoming and outgoing fax and distribute to concerned departments
· Prepares letters and memos, monthly timesheets for Labors and staff
· Prepares and control office supplies
· In-Charge for all incoming and outgoing calls
· Receives incoming documents and distributes to concerned departments
· Handles handed over works for on-leave office employees
· Coordinate Sales Team By Managing Schedules, Filing Important Documents And Communicating Relevant Information
· Ensure The Adequacy Of Sales-Related Equipment Or Material
· Respond To Complaints From Customers And Give After-Sales Support When Requested
· Store And Sort Financial And Non-Financial Data In Electronic Form And Present Reports
· Handle The Processing Of All Orders With Accuracy And Timeliness
· Monitor The Team’s Progress, Identify Shortcomings
· Maintains Databases, Prepare and Follow up status for the Projects (Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Prequalification, Incoming & Outgoing documents, etc,)
· Prepares and Updates Monthly Reports
· Coordinate with Site In-Charge to get updates on the progress, materials, etc.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
