My latest job is at Franklin Baker Incorporated as Sr. Supervisor for HR Operations and Services, and my role is centered on managing and overseeing various human resources functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, policies and compliances, payroll and salary administration to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the HR department.
