I am a bachelor graduate of Public Administration major in Human Resource Management.
I’ve been in two BPO company for almost 4 years in total as a customer service support and a customer service expert. I am self-motivated person, hard working with full of love and inspiration, because I believed that a person job that has a love and inspiration of what he is doing will lead to efficient outcome and satisfaction. I am flexible, I can workday or night to finish the work on time.

A Telecommunication account. Inbound and outbound call. I’m assisting
customers in dealing with their device signal issue, basic troubleshooting and a telemarketing.
Main goal is to resolved the issue and be satisfied. Make sure the customer is happy before you
end the call.
A Financial Account. Helping customers to understand their finances. Disputing
some issues and error on the account record to negotiate with their bank.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
Stay updated to business product. Customer Relationship Management. Technical Proficiency and Communication Skills etc.
