I was once an online English teacher to Korean students, turned branch banker, to an e-commerce employee, now a digital banker who creates standard operating procedures and processes to be followed by a certain team.
I'm Neenia, a Digital Banker working as the Systems and Business Process Lead, with a passion for process writing and content publishing. With almost 6 years of experience in the Banking Industry, whether branch banking or digital, I bring a unique blend of process creation and improvements and content management to the table.
My journey in the Banking Industry has equipped me with a deep understanding of how the bank's different departments work, and I thrive in dynamic environments that demand adaptability and innovation.
As a Systems and Business Process Specialist, I specialize in creating processes and procedures where my skills in the said tasks have allowed me to be the top analyst for the said role and eventually became a leader of my own team. I am dedicated to never stopping looking for ways to streamline procedures and make sure I operate in this digital realm with dependability, efficiency, and flexibility. In addition, I am the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) voice that you hear when you call the bank, providing automated support and information. Furthermore, I also do User-Access Testing on new enhancements, innovations, and products the bank would like to deploy.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a fur mom of 3, a wife, and an artist/musician, finding inspiration and balance in doing portrait sketches and singing my heart out and using a guitar. I like publishing my song covers, which I edited and mastered myself, to my socials too! I am currently learning to do digital arts, and I am committed to staying at the forefront of new technologies, recognizing the importance of continuous learning to keep up with the constantly changing environment.

Creating processes and procedures (SOPs) that Operations shall follow, Knowledge Base management, and in-charge in cascading updates and new procedures to Operations.
I also do User-Access Testing for the company's new system enhancements and products and Social Media Management.
Providing high-priority service and assistance to customers with Premium accounts.
Providing services to customers inside a bank branch such as routine transactions, account opening, account and product inquiries, and ensuring that cash drawers are balanced at the end of each day.
As a hobby, I learned to edit and master my own song covers I post on my socials. The tools I use are Audacity and Bandl
