Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers by presenting the menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately. Also to attend and respond to customers needs promptly and professionally such as presenting bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers. Other responsibilities include performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, laying of tables and up -keeping of rest room, etc.
Providing comprehensive information to patients regarding their health insurance coverage, benefits, and claims process. Helping patients understand the scope of their coverage, including deductibles, co-payments, and out-of-pocket expenses. Assisting patients in filing insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Providing guidance on how to obtain pre-authorization for medical procedures, obtain referrals to specialists, and handle billing inquiries and reviewing claim forms and supporting documents for completeness and correctness.
Educating patients about the importance of vaccines, swab tests, and PCR tests, providing information on their benefits, procedures, and any necessary precautions. This includes explaining the differences between various vaccines or tests and addressing any concerns or misconceptions they may have. The main task is to schedule appointments for patients who wish to receive a vaccine, swab test, or PCR test and responsible for accurately documenting patient information, such as personal details, medical history, and consent forms.
Processing health insurance claims submitted by healthcare providers. This involves reviewing claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to insurance policies and guidelines. Analyzing insurance policies and contracts to determine the responsibility of the payer. This also includes identifying whether the payment should be made by the insurance company, the patient, or both parties based on the policy's coverage terms. And the main task is posting payments received from insurance companies.
In charge of our inventory universe by meticulously monitoring stock levels, deciphering demand patterns, and wielding my expertise to ensure optimal inventory levels at all times. Receiving incoming shipments of goods, verifying their accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists, and inspect items for quality and condition.
