• Assist product-specific questions from colleagues in support of account initiatives.
• Manage all intraday management processes in support of operations to achieve the business objective of achieving business service level objectives and maximizing efficiency and occupancy.

• Provide financial credit counseling courses to debtor filing for bankruptcy in the USA.
