Hello! My name is Nanette Bayongasan, and you may call me Netto. I am 27 years old and currently based in Benguet, Philippines.
I am a graduate of BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from Benguet State University. While my academic background is not directly related to Virtual Assistance, I have completed General Virtual Assistant training, where I gained hands-on experience in categorizing bank transactions, bank reconciliation, creating and sending invoices, generating financial reports, and managing chart of accounts using QuickBooks Online.
In addition, I have skills in social media management and lead generation. My first experience as a Virtual Assistant was in cold calling, where I initiated outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads to introduce our company’s remodeling services. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
I am Friendly yet Professional, and an enthusiast of growth. I excel in handling customer service and providing strategies to cater customers needs and wants. I enrolled in a General Virtual Assistant Training program to enhance my skills in Online Bookkeeping. My mentor gave me a task to Categorize Bank Transactions, Bank reconciliation, create and send invoices, record vendor bills, generate financial reports, and add accounts to charts of accounts using the Quickbooks Online.
Initiates outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads to introduce the services offered by the company.
Handled daily cash transactions including remittances, and bill payments with a high level of accuracy
Verified customer information and ensured compliance with company policies and security procedures
Maintained accurate transaction records and completed end-of-day cash balancing
Assisted customers professionally, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive service experience
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality when handling financial data

different tasks.
-Assisted in performing Administrative works;
-Preparing/drafting/finalizing letters (reply) to different
stakeholders of DA, and inter-office communication
within the DA Regional Office;
-Encoding/input/ updating of data’s with respect to
FMR's, SSIP's, MPDPs, Machineries, and other DA
programs in the database;
-Routing of documents for approval of various
offices/division of the DA; and
-Answers telephone calls, and relays message to
appropriate RAED personnel.
