I am a graduate of BS Nursing and BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have trained in Japan and USA which broadened my knowledge in the hospitality industry. Through this, I was able to hone my skills in management and communication where I further learned the value of leadership, accountability, integrity, discipline, hard work, team work and time management.

I am a goal- oriented person who enjoys the challenges as well as the milestones that I get to experience in learning new things. I am willing to learn and to be trained.
I love trying out food and local coffee shops whenever I travel. Travelling - taught me to be humble and to be open- minded; to be able to adapt to a constant changing environment. I love creating travel plans and doing simple research work as well.

I also have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Travel Process Associate and a work-at-home agent under food, health care and logistics which gave me the opportunity to hone my skills in research, providing excellent customer service, and extending an extra mile to clients. This also gave me the opportunity to improve my decision-making skills, communication skills and patience.

I am eager to learn new things and I am always open to opportunities in improving my skills. I am up for a challenge from time to time because it gives me the chance to think “outside of the box” and to not limit myself on whatever task or challenge is given to me.
