My Name is Nadine. I worked in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. Been through various roles from Technical, Customer Care, and Financial Associate support to Customer Feedback Review Analyst as part of a project-based program. Right now, I have been working as a Recruitment Coordinator for over a year. I can really say that my years of experience in the BPO industry has thought me to become flexible and I think that this is so important while living in a fast-paced set of working environments. I learned to have a strong networking relationship by working closely to clients and honed the ability to manage conflict by dealing with the demands of our customers to output the quality of service that they are expecting.
