I supervise a team of call center agents and respond to emails from Etihad Airways offices globally. I also monitor the team's service level in answering customers' calls. I successfully handled an escalated VIP flight delay case. By coordinating with the airport hub manager, we provided the VIP with a swift arrival process from baggage to immigration. I got promoted as Team Leader for Admin and Operations, which handles the administrative aspect of the Call Center.
