I've worked as a Sales Executive for 8 years where I managed several projects from initiation stage to closing and turnover. I am transitioning towards working online because I want to have a better work-life balance plus I preferred working in a quite environment (no interruption or gossiping) where I can organize my time better and be more productive.
These days, I've been mostly taking online courses and trainings for social media management and digital marketing. I am ready to help and collaborate with amazing people from all over the world.

The profession basically involves:
•Managing projects- from the kickoff to close out of the project while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Setting up strategy (Cold calling, networking, or through social media) for finding new prospects and sales leads.
•Following up with new and existing customers to maintain and enhance the relationship.
•Meeting with potential clients and conduct product presentations and act as their consultant.
•Preparing proposals and quotation
•Handling after-sales service concerns
•Managing personal CRM through Hubspot
Responsibilities are mainly focus on:
•Providing clerical assistance to Admin and Accounting Department
•Keeping track of office supplies inventory and ordering of stocks
•Answering and screening calls and assisting callers if possible
•Making travel arrangement for business trips of top management executives
•Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings and assist in the preparation if necessary
•Welcoming and receiving visitors relating to work.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
