I was also in charge of listing optimization to get more bookings. I also ensured that the damage claims, review responses, and disputes were handled promptly.
I am also a graduate of Industrial Technology, majoring in Computer Technology. I have worked as an Associate Software Engineer for a year doing admin-related tasks, primarily using the SAP4Hana tool related to procurement in a virtual setup. I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service for over five years. I've handled technical, and customer support accounts for multiple campaigns such as Comcast, Expedia, Travelocity and Hotwire, Booking.com & Airbnb, catering across North America, Europe & Asia Pacific Regions.
JOB DESCRIPTION for Airbnb, Expedia (Car, Hotel, Flight) Campaigns:
➢ Handles incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails or inquiries from guests and hosts about their reservations, cancellations, refunds, listing properties, and decision-making on cleanliness, house rules, security, privacy, and review concerns.
➢ Handles incoming calls or inquiries from customers or clients for their hotel, flight, and car reservations
➢ Making outbound calls to different clients such as hotels, airports, and car rental establishments to further help out the customer
➢ Assists customers effectively by solving customer questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
I am familiar with using tools such as Hospitable, Guesty, PriceLabs, TurnOverBnb, Furnish Finder, Zendesk, Zillow, Wix, Canva, Slack, Trello, Monday.com, Confluence, Asana, Google Voice, Open Phone and MS Office applications such as Word, and PPT, Excel, and I also know Calendar and Email management.
