My name is Myra B. Bermundo, 44 years of age. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and also finished Methods of Teaching.
I don’t have any experience in terms of online jobs. However, my experience with my previous work as a Hotel Supervisor, can also be used to this position. I handled customer questions, inquiries, complaints, and requests. I also made sure that I gave customer satisfaction for whatever concerns. Those skills shaped me to be more flexible for different jobs, and the qualities needed for those.
For almost five years experienced as a Supervisor I can assure to you that I am a well oriented person and very attentive to details. I can also work anytime which your company preferred. I am very much willing to learn the process, information and tools that I need to perform in the job responsibilities. I am also familiar with applications such as: Microsoft excel, Microsoft office tools, Canva, Google Workspace, Social Media Posting and as well as advertising. I do event management, do marketing strategies like online posting and some administrative works in the department I usually handled.
I am also well-versed in English language both verbal and written. Lastly my main objective to my future client is to give outstanding results and professionalism to my work.
