I'm a graduate of Liceo de Cagayan University with a degree of BS-Psychology and was awarded Magna Cum Laude during my time. Technically, I'm well-exposed to clerical works since I was an office clerk for 7 years already, and I do the following: record keeping/organizing, data encoding, answering phone calls, appointment setting, email/calendar management; document drafting; creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings; and the like.

Drafting legal documents such as: Letter of Representation, Loss of Use Demands, Diminished Value Demands, Drop/Termination letters, Deposition Notices, Arbitration/Mediation Notices, Defendant’s Independent Medical Examination Notices, and Settlement Letters.
Conducting discoveries for the litigation process which includes obtaining client’s responses to defendant’s interrogatories and request for production of documents.
Answering inbound and outbound calls.
Coordinating with Police Departments in obtaining Police Reports or submitting Open Records Requests for dash cam/body cam footages, 911 audio, and citation disposition.
Sending medical records and itemized billing requests with attached HIPAA to various medical providers.
