Coordinates with the business process owners on the development and deployment of policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
Spearhead and Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Management Reviews based on the requirements of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
Plan, coordinate and lead the Internal Quality (IQA) Audit, Pre Requisite Program (PRP) Audit team in conducting internal Audits on the effectiveness of the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems implemented by the plant (Logistics, Auditors, Venue, etc)
Conducts Audit based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS 22002-1 Standards both in the Plant and to Sister Companies
Ensure that internal audit and external audit findings and recommendations are effectively managed and addressed in a timely manner.
