My name is Mai. I am married and have one child. I have over 15 years of experience working in retail store operations, and 12 years of experience doing administrative tasks. In my most recent job, I worked as a Store Supervisor in Administration at a company that sells appliances. I handled important store tasks like paperwork, reports, inventory, and making sure daily operations ran smoothly.

I started my career as a Customer Service Associate and was promoted several times until I became an Area Supervisor. Over the years, I have learned how to lead teams, help customers, manage stocks, and train staff. I am organized, hardworking, and a good team player. I enjoy solving problems and helping the store run well. Now, I’m looking for a new job where I can use my skills and grow even more.
