Responsible for payroll run every fortnightly, creating bills in Xero and payment to bank. Do the BAS lodgment and other tasks in XERO. Do the request of client and financial advisor. More on assisting the financial adviser in dealing clients. Update the information of clients in XPLAN system based on adviser portal in each providers.
Do the monthly nostro reconciliation and investigate IUC breaks above and below IFRS
Prepare payment proposal and send to sme for review and approval and once done, pay in bank. Do the urgent request of sme.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
