Encoding of the company's monthly expenses is one of my tasks before. I compiled all the receipts first and arranged them by date before entering the data needed. I have to input the date when we purchased the item, the receipts' invoice number, the Suppliers' name & address as well as their Tax Identification Number. I also have to compute the VAT and with the help of MS Excel, I was able to do it effectively.
