Currently a VA for 1 year with my full time NZ client, doing mortgage loan processing. I have 4 kids and married for 16 years. I have 10 year work experience with BPO companies. I was a customer service representative at Teletech 2008 then promoted as CSR 2 receiving escalations/sup calls. Then transferred to QBE insurance, doing claims processing for Australian General insurance, stayed there for 2 years and was vacated 3 years as pure stay at home mom. Then rehired me 2019 as customer service representative for an NZ telecom, then started my VA journey when pandemic came. Now I’m a stay at home mom and still earning as a VA.

Assess application for servicing, review documents to submit with bank. Communicate with bank and customers for follow ups thru email, sms and calls, submit loan application. Remind customer about the annual review of their fixed loans via email. Submit refix/restructure.
Provide quality customer service with NZ customers regarding their telecom bill, provide sale for upgrade if needed and part of the resolution. Communicate with customers thru phone calls (inbound and outbound), in application, chat and email.
Processed approved claims to pay customers for covered insured motor vehicle and property. Review colleagues processed claims, as I was an intern QA for 3 months. Part of the knowledge custodians, dealing with process updates and provide process flow.
Will likely be tasked with product, supplier, discount, and competitor research.
