· Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
· Mail/E-Mail system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
· Provide required billing for assigned portfolio.
· Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax or email.
· Confer with clients by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract.
· Keep detailed record/status of their ongoing collection efforts.
· Receive payment information from clients and record amounts promised to be paid into client's account.
· Notify Sales Rep if they experience any difficulties in contacting the client or securing payment on the past due amounts.
· Provide Accounts Receivable with check/wire/ACH application information.
· Update Collections Management with status reports on top delinquent accounts.
· Sort and file correspondence.
· Able to effectively communicate with clients and fellow Insight teammates. Meet SLA's (Service Level Agreements) with sales and clients.
· Maintain portfolio goals aligned to departmental standards.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Provide customer service by assisting client's request and concerns.
· Notify and inform clients thru phone call or email for their dues, payments (e.g. Pay-off balance of loans) and maturing investments (e.g., Time Deposits)
· Coordinating instructions from Head Office to clients vice versa.
· Daily printing of reports and informing the Branch
· Manager or any Officer in the branch for all necessary information.
· Proper documentation of Branch Reports and Client's information
· Proper handling of branch accountables.
· Processing local checks by scanning it thru Check Image Clearing System.
· Account opening. KYC documents, risk profiling and due diligence of client's.
· Encodes client inform to Client Information Maintenance System (CIMS).
· Request Debit Cards thru Card Management System (CMS).
· Processing customer transactions, e.g. withdrawals, deposits, payments, money transfers.
· Maintaining working cash drawer and ATM machines. Providing customer assistance for bank products and services.
· Performing back office administrative and accounting duties.
· Performing document inquiries and resolving disputed transactions.
· Performing general duties in support of bank operations.
· Serves customers by completing account transactions. Answers questions in person or on telephone and refers customers to other bank services as necessary.
· Complies with bank operations and security procedures. Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
· Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
· Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
· Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
