•Performs admin and clerical jobs such as collating, distributing, responding and updating Emails, scheduling appointments and Meetings, Creating and maintaining filling systems both electronic and physical portfolios.
• Determines employers for Fund Briefing/Orientation of the Funds programs, services and benefits
• Conducts employer visits and promote Fund Programs
• Assists and interview client’s queries and resolve complaints
• Supports, organize and attends marketing activities and/or events for Fund Programs awareness and other marketing strategies
• Collaborates with other marketing officers and supervisors in preparing upcoming events
• Ensures that all customers are educated with products and services.

• Performs all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the Corporate Office as necessary.

• Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
• Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations. Investigates and resolves customer incidents, documenting if necessary.

• Ensures and welcomes guests/clients positively
• Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receives, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
